    Q. What are your hours of operation?
    A. We are a 24 hours run company ( US and China), available on US holidays.


    Q. Do you carry products that are not listed on your web site?
    A. YES! We have thousands of products that are not listed on our web site. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for any assistance in finding a specific product not listed on our site.  We can also help you create a custom product for your promotion.


    Q. Are there any additional charges besides the quantity price such as set-up charges or shipping?
    A. You will be notified of any additional charges before we charge your credit card.  All orders receive an order acknowledgment and proof prior to processing. Our website will estimate a shipping cost which is subject to change. Any changes will be listed on your order acknowledgment. 


    Q. How do I place an order?
    A.You can place an order online, by email or by phone. Each customer order is assigned to a personal account manager. Feel free to contact us and an experienced account manager will make it as simple and easy as possible for you to place an order.


    Q.What about product pricing on the web site?
    A.We are constantly updating all of our products and their quantity price breaks on our web site. Please make it sure with your account manager for accurate quote.
